Module 1 will take a deep-dive into the whole-system effects of Menopause, common symptoms and treatment options.
Here we look at the importance of nutrition to optimise your physical and emotional health and this age and stage of life.
This Module shows you how you can thrive mentally and physically during menopause transition and how you can enhance health and well-being with my CBT and behaviour change strategies.
In the final part of this series, I summarise the importance of nutrition, mood, mindset and movement in order to optimise your mental and physical health in midlife, so that you can master your menopause!
