You will have the chance to review your learning and progress and get detailed feedback from Coach Sarah to implement and help you improve and progress.
Each week includes three video guides covering Macros, Mood & Mindset, along with a downloadable weekly pack and a quiz to help you embed what you've learnt.
At the end of your 12 weeks you get a live call with Coach Sarah to discuss your journey, create a plan to continue making progress, and what the next steps are.
For a more personalised 1:1 experience, you'll get full access to the academy PLUS monthly live video calls and bi-weekly check-ins to provide you in-depth support when you need it throughout the course. ALONG with access to my private client Resource hub filled with tonnes of resources that you can usually only access via working with me on my 1:1 coaching programmes!

The course is self-paced and consists of detailed but concise video lessons in each Module, so all pre-recorded videos are available in bite-sized chunks to fit in perfectly with your lifestyle. It will not feel like ‘another thing to do’, but something you know you want and need to do, for you. You will be able to go back and review the video lessons as often as you need to as well. It will take maximum 20-25 minutes per week to complete each Module so you'll have plenty of time to learn at times that suit you.
You have access for the full 90 days from purchase to complete the course, after which you can choose to retain access. The options for this will be explained during your Week 12 Call.
1:1 mentoring means I am able to coach you directly so you have my support, guidance and detailed feedback on a fortnightly basis. You'll be able to ask questions on areas you might feel stuck with too.
