Once you join you'll be asked to complete your on-boarding form, read and watch the welcome video, and get ready to dive into your 90 day course to Food and Mood Freedom!

Regular Check-ins

You will have the chance to review your learning and progress and get detailed feedback from Coach Sarah to implement and help you improve and progress.

In-depth resources

Each week includes three video guides covering Macros, Mood & Mindset, along with a downloadable weekly pack and a quiz to help you embed what you've learnt.

Graduation

At the end of your 12 weeks you get a live call with Coach Sarah to discuss your journey, create a plan to continue making progress, and what the next steps are.

By signing up to this course you will learn to be your own therapist and nutrition coach!  From my 19+ years experience as a mental health specialist and award-winning nutrition coach, I have provided you with the perfect toolkit to smash stress, become emotionally regulated, beat emotional eating AND lose weight along the way, while still living your life!

Will I have time for this course?

The course is self-paced and consists of detailed but concise video lessons in each Module, so all pre-recorded videos are available in bite-sized chunks to fit in perfectly with your lifestyle.  It will not feel like ‘another thing to do’, but something you know you want and need to do, for you. You will be able to go back and review the video lessons as often as you need to as well. It will take maximum 20-25 minutes per week to complete each Module so you'll have plenty of time to learn at times that suit you.

How is the course structured?

This is a self-paced 12 week course which will be drip fed so that you can take your time to understand and implement the knowledge and strategies discussed in each Module. Regular check-ins are included with Coach Sarah to ensure you are progressing towards your goals.

How long do I have access for?

You have access for the full 90 days from purchase to complete the course, after which you can choose to retain access. The options for this will be explained during your Week 12 Call.

What does the 1:1 mentoring involve?

1:1 mentoring means I am able to coach you directly so you have my support, guidance and detailed feedback on a fortnightly basis. You'll be able to ask questions on areas you might feel stuck with too.

You also receive exclusive access to my Resource portal which contains TONS of resources and information to ensure your weight loss and wellbeing success!

No problem, we have a payment plan option! Also remember that although making any kind of financial commitment can be daunting, your health really is your true wealth. If you put in the work and apply the knowledge and techniques, you will thrive like the other amazing ladies who've taken this course.

Can I skip to the next Module?

The Academy is designed to drip-feed the Modules to you, one per week, so that you can digest the material and implement the recommended strategies, it is also less stressful on you when you know that there is no rush to complete the entire Academy, remember you have a whole 90 days to complete it.

How do I know what my calories target should be?

I have you covered, this is all explained in the Welcome section of the Academy to help set you up in terms of calories, food ideas and I give plenty of options for monitoring food intake. Bonus included - I calculate calories and protein targets for you.
